That being said, I had an incredible scare two weeks ago when I came home to get my back injury treated, and instead was rushed to the hospital that night for an emergency appendectomy.
The good news is that I now never have to face what was once a big phobia of mine. How are you supposed to determine what the "most extreme pain in your life" ((as described by my uncle in reference to appendicitis)) is? I thought I had food poisoning because I'd never had it before, and there was no pain in my lower right abdomen. None, at least, until the nurse asked me to press the McBurney point and something flared in protestation.
So with that long exposition, I'm proud to say that everything has healed nicely and now I'm waiting on physical therapy for my back. Since I have a lot of down time, I'll be able to start coloring and uploading some projects at last.
